Tokachino Fromages is dedicated to produce the nature centered
and safe cheeses. Basically we are specializing on white mold cheeses.
However, our focus is on originality of our own flavors and tastes
when we make white mold natural cheeses. Some of the examples are
Beans Camembert cheeses in which beans grown in Nakasatsunai
are mixed with the cheese, and Wash Cheese that is washed
by local kokuwa (Actinidia arguta) wine and ripened. Another example
is Sweet Camembert cheese. It has been improved and
well received by Japanese consumers as we had studied traditional
cheese making methods even studying in Normandie France.
And Heart Shape Fromage is mixed
with whipped cream and is very rare style of natural cheeses
in Japan. It is very smooth in touch of tongue and easy to eat.
Also its package has unique style that is preferable as a great
gift item.

Our
cheese factory has negative ion circulators, and produces slowly ripened
cheeses.
